Samsung launches Galaxy M budget line
Samsung plans to launch the first budget phones under the Galaxy M brand in India before it launches globally.
The company aims to regain the lost market in the face of Chinese rivals.
The first three Galaxy M series will be sold online from Amazon only to India. The company executives did not give details about the specifications of the phones.
But they will cost between $ 140 and $ 280.
If they prove successful they will be launched worldwide in the coming months. India is the world’s second largest smartphone market.
